About Primul Tău CFO

We both started in accounting, the discipline that taught us to read a business in its numbers. From there, our careers took us into commercial banking, to the other side of the desk from entrepreneurs. For years, we helped businesses secure financing, evaluate investments, and make the financial decisions that shaped their future.

Year after year, we watched the same scene repeat: a capable, ambitious entrepreneur, carrying a business on their shoulders, sitting across from us with a decision they had been circling for months. Not for lack of courage or judgment, but because they were alone with it. They had everyone around them waiting for direction, but no partner to test the idea against, and no peer to turn the numbers into a plan.

Those years left us with a conviction that has guided us ever since: finance should serve the entrepreneur, not the other way around. The numbers are only instruments in the service of a decision, and what matters most is the person making it.

Acting on that conviction, in 2024 we founded Capital Decisions and brought in senior CFOs and bankers who shared the same belief. A partnership of two became a team, with more depth, perspective, and impact behind every engagement.

Primul Tău CFO is our latest creation under the Capital Decisions umbrella. We built it so that any entrepreneur can taste what it means to work with a fractional CFO, through engagements with a fixed scope, a fixed price, and a defined outcome, transparent from the first conversation. No long-term commitment, no leap of faith, just what it means to decide with an experienced partner at the table.
