Questions Business Owners Ask Us Most Often

How is a CFO different from an accountant?

An accountant records and reports what has happened. A CFO uses those numbers to explain performance, compare choices, and plan what happens next. One looks back; the other helps you decide forward.

Where should I start?

Most founders start with the Financial Diagnostic Session. This is a 90-minute meeting that tells you what your business needs and which program or project fits. If the issue is already clear, we can go straight to it.

What do I receive at the end?

Every engagement ends with clear conclusions and a written plan: what to do next, in what order, what it will take, and who is responsible. Each service also has its own specific deliverables.

Do I need financial training to work with Primul Tău CFO?

No. We explain each concept in plain language and tie it to a real decision in your business. You do not need to become a finance specialist to act on the recommendation.

Am I committing to an ongoing relationship?

No. Every service has a fixed scope and a fixed price. There are no subscriptions, nor open-ended fees. You take one engagement at a time, and where things go next is always your decision.
